Account Recovery

As part of the complete overhaul of the HireBright application, we migrated our authentication system to something more secure and robust. The new authentication system requires you to use an email address as your username. This page will help you to link your email address to your HireBright account.

In the fields below, enter your old username and password, followed by your email address. We will verify your login credentials and then send a verification code to the provided address. If you have multiple accounts but only one email, click here.

Once you have confirmed your email address you will be asked to select a new password. You can choose to use the same one as before, provided it conforms to our password policy. Why do I need to pick a new password?
